iSPECT Building Inspections Pre Slab Pour Stage Inspection is an inspection of your home's base, prior to pouring concrete to ensure the foundations are in accordance with the engineering plans and complies with the Australian Standard AS 2870 Residential Slabs & Footing

Once concrete has been poured, there is no way to know what issues exist in the structure so it is very important to ensure there are no issues as these will be difficult to identify once the cement has been poured and may only become prevalent post settlement or handover.

The pre slab stage inpection is the first of four new home stage inspections recommended by iSEPCT Building Inspections:

  1. Slab Stage
  2. Frame Stage
  3. Lockup
  4. Completion
